LNG Canada has issued a noise notice with the arrival of their gas inlet module, saying the community should expect yells of “pivot” over the coming week.

The module, being more than 8 storeys tall, requires very careful unloading from the ship to shore.

In line with safety protocols, site supervisors will be on hand to shout “pivot” to ensure its safe offloading.
