With Christmas just 14 days away, Northern Health wants to remind the public that their hospital maternity wards – including Kitimat and Terrace – have amended return policies for the holidays.

“Normally, of course, our patients have a 45-day limited warranty for normal deliveries,” said a Northern Health spokesperson. “However due to Christmas there will be no returns at all until January 2.”

Full refund returns at maternity wards in Northern Health hospitals, for deliveries between December 4 and January 1, can be claimed up to February 28.

Please note this applies only to hospitals. Clinics can only provide store credit.
